We installed our remote monitoring and maintenance tool to Ballantine, so we can provide 24/7 IT support across all devices within their business. Our monitoring tool is produced by ConnectWise, market leaders in IT support tools and a business we have worked closely with since 2011.

Once we had full visibility of the fleet of devices, our biggest challenge was to quickly address all the vulnerabilities we found to ensure Ballantine could achieve Cyber Essentials certification.
