The Help Desk, based in Somerset is responsible for providing remote support via telephone, email and remote control. Problems are escalated from the Help Desk to our onsite engineers or senior engineers depending on the priority and severity of the issue.

Our workshop team, are here to prepare and configure new equipment, they also repair and test equipment that cant be fixed/tested in the field. We offer the facility for you to drop in and leave your computer for repair, or wait for a quick upgrade or tweak, with Free Coffee and WIFI available while you wait.
