IT Department. is designed to provide the complete package ensure that not only are users supported, but complete responsibility for the infrastructure is owned and managed by Pc Comms, truly allowing you to get on with what you do best. Regular meetings ensure that we are all working to the same goals, making sure every penny of the IT budget is spent moving the business forward.
Unlimited Helpdesk support: Direct access to our helpdesk team reducing end user frustration, keeping your team focussed, happy and maximising efficiency.
Unlimited On-site support: Total cover and no hidden charges for a fixed IT Budget.
Guaranteed response times: Our promise to respond to end users within the agreed service level agreement (1 hour response and next business day on-site)
Workshop Labour: Includes time taken to prepare or repair equipment.
Daily Health Checks: Proactive and preventative measures taken to reduce major failures and eliminate down time.
Regular Reviews and Recommendations: Expert advice and recommendations on a regular basis keeps your business up to speed with the latest technologies.
Helpdesk Support Contract starting from £175.00 per month
The Helpdesk support contract secures the very best remote service we can provide.
This service includes:
• Unlimited Helpdesk Support
• Guaranteed Response Times
• Workshop Labour
• Daily Health Checks
PC Comms Helpdesk gives you a complete remote support solution.
Helpdesk, is designed to provide a proactive support service providing help for users as and when it is required, all on-site visits are chargeable.
Unlimited Helpdesk support: Direct access to our helpdesk team reducing end user frustration, keeping your team focussed, happy and maximising efficiency.
Guaranteed response times: Our promise to respond to end users within the agreed service level agreement (4 hour response and 48 hours on-site)
Workshop Labour: Includes time taken to prepare or repair equipment.
Daily Health Checks: Proactive and preventative measures taken to reduce major failures and eliminate down time.As above, with a 4hr maximum response, 48hr action response, guaranteed and a discounted hourly rate. Plus use of our remote support software.
Drop in Centre starting from £64.00 per hour
Our Drop in Centre support service provides customers with full access to our expertise and problem solving skills on a pay as you go basis.
Drop in Centre provides:
• Expert advice
• Inspection and Diagnosis of problems
• Full computer health checks
• Complete System restores to factory settings
• Repairs
• Remote Help Desk support
• On-site call outs
Our Drop in Centre support service has a number of fixed price services.
The Drop in Centre service comes with no ties or guarantees but we will always do our very best to provide the advice and support you need.
You can contact us by phone, pop into our showroom or, on a ‘needs must’ basis; we can schedule one of our engineers to visit your premises.
