 We offer three support packages that can be tailored to meet your specific needs. The options are summarised below, complete our request form for more information.

Standard Service

We provide a pay as you go service, with no ties or guarantees, except that we will always do our best to please.

On-site support:from £56 per hour
Parts:chargeable

 

Remote Service

As above, with a 4hr maximum response, 48hr action response, guaranteed and a discounted hourly rate. Plus use of our remote support software.

Contract cover:from £8.50 per month

Maintenance Service

As above, only with a 2hr maximum response, 24hr action response, guaranteed and no charge for parts or service.
